DESIGN: Flexibility in design is a key element in all the Cities of the Future, the cities can be modified to adapt to any geographical location, and to incorporate any design elements that a particular client or Government may have. All of the cities implement the latest in environmentally conscience architectural and city design elements and are designed to be "Circular Economies", and meet or exceed LEED standards.
MATERIALS: The latest in environmentally conscious building materials and technologies will be utilized throughout the building process, whenever possible locally sourced and manufactured materials will be utilized.
TRANSPORTATION: ZERO Emission transportation will be utilized throughout the Cities of Hope.
ENERGY: The prime source of energy will be ECO GLOW SYSTEMS however, many elements of the cities will have the ability to generate energy as well.
EDUCATION: Education will be FREE for all residents, the latest in interactive education technologies will be implemented in the city's "Smart School" systems.
RECREATION: High Tech stadiums, Training Facilities, Gulf Clubs, and Amusement Parks will all be included in the design of the Cities.
MEDICAL: International "Medical Malls", and "Wellness Centers" will be incorporated in every city design.
RAIL, AIR, & SEA PORTS: The latest in environmentally conscious technology & port design will be utilized in the development of the Rail, Air, & Seaports for the cities.
AGRICULTURE: The cities will have the ability to grow their own food utilizing "High-Density Food Growth" technology.
HOUSING: The cities are designed to accommodate "Low to Moderate", "Mid", and "High Income" residents
WAREHOUSING & DISTRIBUTION: "Free Trade Zones", warehousing & distribution centers will be strategically located at the ports.
WATER: Utilizing the latest in water production and purification technology, all grey and waste water will be processed and recycled on-site as well as drinking water production
WASTE: All Municipal Solid Waste will be processed on-site to produce energy, Syngas, potable water, composite materials, as well as hundreds of other income-generating by-products.
